To help filter out claimants that may not qualify for assistance, we use the following filter questions:

  • Claimant must not already have an attorney
  • Claimant must not still be working for the employer
  • Claimant cannot be a Federal or State employee
  • Claimant cannot be a member of a Labor Union

Wage and Hour Leads

  • Claimant must not already have an attorney
  • Claimant must work over 40 hours per week
